If you're contacting us with a question about an item we suggest you email us as we have thousands and thousands of items and they need to be pulled if you have detailed questions that are not answered by the pictures and description.  If you do call about an item you must mention the product number in your message.

• If you have a question about an item make sure you enter the Product Number.
• If you want to know shipping costs then add the item(s) to your shopping cart and click "estimate shipping".
• If you are selling items then you need to include a detailed listing of the item(s) and prices.  We do not make offers for a number of reasons and we do not respond to messages without details we can use to evaluate our interest.
• If your looking for the value, identification, history or other information for YOUR item(s) then please click on our $10 Appraisal on the left hand side and follow the instructions there.
• Picture requests should include the Product Number.  Though we try to keep up, these requests can take a considerable amount of time to be completed, a month is not unheard of.
  
  • Items without pictures are generally relatively "common" items so you may wish to use the description and price to make your decision to buy.
  • There is no need to follow-up and requests should only be sent once.
